Hughs Customers Speak Up!

I'm writing to say "Thank you" for repairing my 150 year old Pinwheel Regulator Wall Clock. It is now running perfectly! (Actually, this clock is running better than when I first got it about seven years ago). As you may recall, I had two other clockmen try to correct the problem(s) effecting this sensitive movement. However, neither of them could do the job you did. Based on the way this high grade Swiss clock is now running, after you repaired it, I fully expect it will continue to run for another 150 years ...as long as I don't forget to wind it.

I am writing to thank you for all your time and effort on my behalf. Trying to get my antique grandfather clock to California  was not an easy task and your co operation with the packaging Store made it much easier.

The clock arrived and is in wonderful shape.  I have an appointment with a local clock shop to come out and adjust everything. I only hope they are as good as you.

Thank you so much for fixing our clock! It has not run in over 12 years. We moved to Haddonfield in 1994 and the clock has been hanging there – broken.  Imust admit that we do jump when it goes off. After so many years of silence it is sucha delight! We can’t thank you enough. My dad bought it from the Black Forest in Germany, and had it shipped in the late eighties.
